Is there a warranty?
Our products are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. Each piece undergoes rigorous quality control before being shipped. To help your jewelry maintain its original sparkle, we recommend following our care instructions.
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Items that are lost or stolen
- Regular wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, or fading
- Damage or discoloration caused by exposure to chemicals, swimming pools, or bathing
- Physical damage, including chipped or cracked stones, bent or worn-out prongs causing loose or dropped stones, and damaged clasps, chains, or links
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs that cause damage
- Improper use or storage
- Environmental factors, such as hard knocks, extreme temperatures, or moisture exposure
For repairs involving loose stones or parts, please ensure that these components are included with the item. Additional charges will apply for replacing missing parts.
Are all your stones natural and genuine?
We usenatural semi-precious stones,allauthentic and genuine. However, we also incorporatemoissanite, a high-quality lab-grown gemstone that offers exceptional brilliance (find out more about moissanite vs. CZ in a separate FAQ!). Some designs also featurecubic zirconia (CZ) as accent stonesfor extra sparkle. Each listing provides more details on the specific stones used in each piece.
How do I determine ring size?
Our adjustable rings are designed to fit a variety of finger sizes, making them perfect for gifting and versatile for any look. No need to worry about precise sizing — they’re suitable for all weather and styles, and they’re as comfortable as a fixed band! Just provide your ring size during product selection, and we’ll adjust the ring to fit before shipping. Even if the fit isn’t perfect, our rings are easily adjustable within seconds.
