We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If your purchase isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.
Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of fulfillment (the day your order ships).
- Items must be new, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
- Once approved, items must be mailed back within 7 days of return confirmation.
- All returns are processed as store credit only within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your item.
- Store credits are valid for 1 year from date of issuance.
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the credit.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-returnable items:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized designs
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges within 15 days of fulfillment for size, style, or finish changes, subject to availability.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Approved exchange items must be mailed back within 7 days of return confirmation.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back, and we are not responsible for lost or untracked return mail.
- We’ll arrange the replacement shipping to you - standard shipping is covered by us, while any expedited options may be charged at cost.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, your exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
To request an exchange, please email us at contact@loveestellajewelry.com with your order ID and details. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.
To give you peace of mind, our products are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping, but if an issue arises, we’re here to help.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship within 1 year of purchase
- Complimentary repairs where possible, or replacement if the piece cannot be repaired
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Lost or stolen items
- Regular wear and tear (e.g. scratches, dents, or fading of plating)
- Damage or discoloration from exposure to chemicals, seawater, pools, or bathing
- Physical damage such as chipped or cracked stones, bent or worn-out prongs, broken clasps, chains, or links
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Improper use, impact, or storage
- Environmental factors such as extreme temperatures or moisture exposure
For repairs involving loose stones or parts, these must be included with the item. If they are missing, replacement costs will apply.
Warranty Claims
Repairs under warranty are complimentary.
- Customers cover the cost of sending items back to us.
- Return shipping for the repaired piece is free within Singapore; for international repairs, a flat handling fee of US$20 applies.
