How do I take care of my jewelry?
All Love Estella pieces feature a 925 Sterling Silver base with a thick layer of premium 18k Gold, Rose Gold, or Rhodium for long-lasting shine.
Follow the "Last On, First Off" rule - apply your perfumes and lotions first, and put your jewelry on last. Avoid contact with water and always store your piece in its velvet pouch with the anti-tarnish strip provided.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes. For one year from the date of purchase, we provide a warranty for any manufacturing defects or damage to the material. Simply contact us and we will arrange a repair for your piece.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (such as surface scratches), improper storage, or modifications made by a third party. For more details, please visit our Warranty & Returns page.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth to restore its shine. It is safe to use on both the 925 Silver base and your natural gemstones.

We're not able to build custom pieces at this time.
